It's not meant to offend you or punish you , it was just an objective decision we had to make because you said u were leaving for 6 fuckin' months, and we can't have a leader that's gonna be gone for half a year. And also because you have proved several times over that you don't have the ability to be impartial and levelheaded in the situations where a site leader would need such qualities.
